Shipping policy

At Outwears we aim to effectively deliver your purchase to you as soon as possible and in it's best possible condition.

(AUSTRALIA)

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $150 within Australia and charge $15 flat fee for orders under $150.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries and every order is processed with a tracking number.
Parcels will be delivered between 7am and 5pm on weekdays. We recommend you use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your goodies between these times.
Orders will be dispatched on the order date if it's prior to 4pm, or the following day if your order is placed after this time.
Delivery will take approx. 2-7 days depending on which State you live in.

(INTERNATIONAL)

For other overseas orders the standard shipping charge is $30 per order to New Zealand and $40 for the rest of the world. We may vary this depending on your location. We will contact you to get confirmation. Please note that your OUTWEARS payment does not include any customs or taxation charges that may be added to your order when it arrive into your country.

Please also note that sometimes we are unable to ship an item due to the size or location. If this is the case we will contact you after your purchase and let you know.
