Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the undamaged item is received in-store with all original tags and packaging.
  • All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • gift cards can not be Refunded, Outwears will not be liable for lost or stolen cards

Exchanges

  • Postage costs for exchanges are payable by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • If your item is faulty, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Online purchases can also be exchanged in-store by bringing in the item along with proof of purchase.
  • gift cards can not be exchanged for cash, Outwears will not be liable for lost or stolen cards

Conditions for Refunds or Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be considered on online sale items if product is returned within 7 business days.
  • A valid receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
